1. Warehouse Locations
We ship from two fulfillment centers to ensure efficient delivery:

Inventory Routing: Orders are fulfilled from our California warehouse by default. If an item is out of stock in California, your order will automatically ship from our China warehouse. You will be notified via email if your order ships from China.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
3. Order Processing

- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays
4. Shipping Rates
Free shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase required.

How to Start a Return:

- We will send you a prepaid return label within 24–48 hours
- Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receipt
Exchanges: Contact us directly — we recommend placing a new order for faster processing and returning the original item for refund.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost in transit: Contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed
- Damaged on arrival: Email photos to hnbxmyyxgs@126.com within 48 hours of delivery for replacement or refund
7. International Orders
Orders shipped from China to the US may be subject to customs inspection. Evetree is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. All duties and import taxes are covered by Evetree. No additional fees will be charged to the customer.
